Incredible 2work of art for the designer kitchen. This one-of-a-kind Chef Vegetable cutting knife is ULTRA sharp for precision cutting. I hand inlaid gemstone Zuni Bears and sterling silver-Carnelian accent pieces to the front of the blade and a laminated 3 tone wood chevron and nickel silver design to the back. You will never see another custom creation like this (unless I make it). The knife features a fine Japanese 3 layer forged steel blade meant for years of precision food prep. Overall the knife is 11-1/2 inches long, blade is approx- 1-3/4 wide and 6-1/4 inches long.
